Chelsey Hendrickx
Hi, I’m Chelsey Hendrickx (she/hers), an EIDBI Level 1 provider at Infinity Therapy LLC who thrives on creativity, structure, and a good routine. As an autistic provider, I bring a unique perspective to my work, blending a calm, goal-oriented approach with a dash of creativity and a sprinkle of practicality. Whether we’re crafting, learning new skills, or just figuring things out together, I’m here to help clients grow in a way that feels supportive and meaningful.
What You Can Expect
My sessions are all about making progress in a way that’s engaging and approachable. I love using arts and crafts to teach independent living skills and academic foundations—it’s hands-on, fun, and makes learning feel natural. I thrive in creating calm, consistent routines with clear expectations so clients know exactly what to expect. My slower-paced, low-affect approach helps keep the space comfortable and productive.
I enjoy working with clients who love to engage in conversation. This helps us explore ideas together and makes room for flexibility and creativity. I especially enjoy supporting younger children and older teens, where I can help foster independence, self-confidence, and growth in ways that are affirming and aligned with their individual needs.
If you’re curious, creative, and ready to dive into activities that are flexible and tailored to your needs, we’ll make a great team. Whether it’s explaining concepts or finding accommodations that work for your family, I’m all about supporting you with tools that fit your life. Bonus: no messy play or glitter explosions here—I promise!
A Little About Me
When I’m not working, you’ll find me indulging in my favorite hobbies: diamond painting (who doesn’t love a little sparkle?), baking, or designing fun classroom projects. I also love routine—schedules are my jam—and I make it a point to check in with parents weekly to ensure we’re all on the same page.
As someone who is autistic I am sensory-sensitive, I thrive in structured, predictable environments and prioritize clear communication. If something isn’t clear or you have a question, I’ll take the time to make sure we’re on the same page—because collaboration is key. I also love routines and believe in the importance of regular check-ins with caregivers to ensure we’re working together to support your child’s goals.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies with a minor in Geosciences, a degree in Birth–3rd Grade Early Childhood, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and Montessori training for ages 3–6. I’m also DIR 101 and 201 trained, giving me a strong developmental framework to guide my work.
Let’s Connect
I’m happy to provide transportation within a 10-mile radius of Perham (or along my commute). If you’re looking for a provider who’s creative, straightforward, and thrives on structure, I’d love to work with you. Together, we’ll build a space where growth feels achievable, manageable, and uniquely tailored to you!
