EIDBI Consultation

For Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) agencies, we specialize in helping teams incorporate the DIR (Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based) model into their practices. Whether you’re developing new programs, refining clinical approaches, or seeking guidance on complex cases, our expertise can support you in creating an inclusive, effective, and compassionate environment.

We offer consultation in:

  • DIRFloortime Treatment Planning- Support in crafting DIRFloortime-informed treatment plans, including guidance on setting individualized goals, creating supportive documentation practices, and developing progress-tracking systems that meet EIDBI requirements while honoring each client’s unique profile.

  • Program Development and Clinical Oversight for DIRFloortime Integrated EIDBI- Assistance in establishing systems for implementing observation and direction services that align with DIRFloortime principles. We also support agencies in building sustainable supervision structures that uphold the DIR model's relationship-focused and developmental intent.

  • Training and Development for EIDBI Staff in DIRFloortime- Customized training for EIDBI teams, including Qualified Supervising Professionals (QSPs) and Level 1 providers, to deepen understanding and practical skills in DIRFloortime.   • Reflective Supervision and DIRFloortime Mentoring- Ongoing reflective supervision and mentoring led by a DIRFloortime Certified Expert and Training Leader, offering guidance on maintaining fidelity to the DIR model, navigating case complexities, and cultivating a strengths-based, collaborative team culture.

  • Family Engagement- Strategies for delivering DIRFloortime-informed family coaching, helping parents and caregivers create home environments that nurture their child’s developmental journey. We focus on building strong family connections and equipping caregivers to support each child’s authentic growth with compassion and understanding.

  • Hourly Rate: $250

    Per Project: Contact for a quote

  • Basic (up to 5 hours per month): $1,1150

    Standard (up to 10 hours per month): $2,400

    Comprehensive (up to 20 hours per month): $5,000

  • Virtual: $450/hour

    In Person: $450/hour + travel expenses
