Revel Weber

Hi, I’m Revel, the proud AuDHD owner of Infinity Therapy and a Certified DIRFloortime Expert. I’m also a licensed clinical social worker who wears all the hats: therapist, assessor, supervisor, teacher, administrator, and spreadsheet enthusiast. Whether I’m working directly with clients, supporting my team, or managing the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our group practice running, everything I do is grounded in neuro-affirming care and a deep passion for celebrating neurodiversity.

What You Can Expect
I practice person-centered, relationship-based therapy tailored to each individual’s unique needs. My hope is to help every client live a happy, healthy, neurodivergent life that embraces every part of who they are—on their terms. I work with young children, older teens, and adults, adapting my approach to meet their developmental and sensory profiles.

For individual therapy sessions, I can do just about anything during our time together, but if the session is longer than an hour, I’ll need an activity involved (restlessness is real!). Whether we’re focusing on emotional development, self-regulation, or practical tools for navigating the world, my approach is collaborative and rooted in celebrating what makes each person unique.

My Passions
I love clinical supervision and teaching new providers about neurodiversity and how to practice neuro-affirming care. Helping others understand the DIRFloortime model and the theory behind it lights me up. One day, I’d love to work myself out of a job by contributing to a world with so many neuro-affirming providers that no one needs me anymore.

As an AuDHD individual, I bring my whole self to my work. I can be intense when I’m talking about something I’m passionate about, and I’m not shy about a good info dump. My catchphrase is “it depends,” because my own profile is wonderfully complex and sometimes contradictory—and that’s exactly how I like it. Like Piglet said in Winnie the Pooh, “The things that make me different are the things that make me.”

A Little About Me
I live on a farm with my husband, our four neurodivergent children, and plenty of cattle to keep things lively. When I’m not working, you’ll find me playing with my kids—especially when I’m kicking their butts in whatever game we’re playing on the Xbox—or enjoying a good 4-wheeler ride to check cattle. One of my favorite ways to wind down is riding along in the tractor with my husband, as long as snacks and beverages are involved (non-negotiable).

I have a deep passion for learning and love diving into research to know everything about a topic I’m interested in. Recently, I’ve tapped into my creative side, and I’ve been having a lot of fun designing with Adobe Creative Suite. I’m also a huge fan of spreadsheets—organization and creativity coexist in my world.

Let’s Connect
If you’re looking for a provider or supervisor who is deeply passionate about neurodiversity, relationship-based care, and making space for people to thrive as their authentic selves, I’d love to work with you. Together, we can build something meaningful, one connection at a time.
