Tiffany Schroeer
Hi, I’m Tiffany Schroeer (she/her), a Level 1 Provider and Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) at Infinity Therapy LLC. I bring creativity, energy, and connection to every session, using play, imagination, and shared experiences to foster growth. As someone with ADHD and a passion for affirming neurodiversity, I work to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where clients feel celebrated for who they are.
What You Can Expect
In my clinical work, I strive to make every session an adventure filled with laughter, learning, and connection. Whether we’re diving into pretend play, belting out a karaoke tune, or drawing out concepts to explain ideas, I bring a dynamic, playful approach that invites participation and builds strong relationships. I tailor my sessions to each individual client, supporting their unique profile and celebrating their identity.
I specialize in helping individuals of all ages expand their ideas, explore creativity, and navigate social problem-solving in ways that feel natural and enjoyable. Whether it’s wearing a themed outfit or gesturing so enthusiastically that I’ve been known to break a glass (oops!), my sessions are filled with energy, humor, and a genuine connection.
Who I Work Best With
I work best with clients who are active, enjoy laughing and joking, and are able to engage in conversation. I’m flexible and adaptable, working to create a goodness of fit for each client by adjusting session times, formats, and topics to meet their needs. If you’re looking for a provider who will meet you where you are and support your unique way of expressing yourself, we’ll be a great match.
A Little About Me
I’m a late-in-life diagnosed ADHD’er, and that journey of self-discovery has fueled my passion for supporting others in understanding their neurodivergent profiles and living authentically. I believe in supporting clients to embrace their differences and thrive in their own way.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me enjoying all things dopamine: music (listening, singing, dancing, you name it), dive-bar karaoke with family, and themed dress-up outfits. I also love doing “light research” on anything that catches my interest, from the best paint pens to haircare products. My approach to life, like my sessions, is full of curiosity, energy, and creativity.
Professional Background
I hold an MSpED with an emphasis in autism (licensed in ASD, DCD, LD, and EBD), an MSW, and an LGSW. I’m a DIR Floortime Advanced Certified Provider and was even a Zumba instructor in the past—so movement and energy are part of who I am!
