About me

Hi! I’m Revel Weber. I am a neurodivergent clinical social worker licensed and practicing in Minnesota. I live on a farm with my wonderfully neurodiverse family that includes my husband and our 4 children.

I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of North Dakota in 2018. I have 8 years of experience working in the mental health field. I specialize in providing mental health supports to neurodivergent individuals and their families. In particular my experience is with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I am passionate about providing neurodiverse-affirming therapy services that are tailored to each unique individual I work with.

As an auDHDer (someone with autism and ADHD) I use my lived experiences to build a connection with the neurodivergent community I work with. My understanding and empathy are rooted in the firm belief that everyone deserves to understand who they are, take pride in themselves, and feel safe to express their true self. I strive to create a supportive space, in which individuals feel safe to explore their identities and learn to thrive. I hope that through my work I can help make the world a safer, more accepting place for all.
