Our session will be

  • Personalized

Initial sessions will be geared towards getting to know each other. During this time I will work through an assessment of your unique profile. Then together we will create an individualized plan for our time together that is tailored to your profile.

  • Neurodiverse-Affirming

Neurodivergence is allowed to be both something you struggle with and something you celebrate. My goal is to create a safe space for you to be who you are, to grow, to make the changes you want to see in your life, and to work with your neurodivergence not against it.

  • Relationship-Based

Carl Rogers, the founder of person-centered therapy, once said “a person cannot teach another person directly; a person can only facilitate another’s learning.” This is my goal in our sessions through an understanding and collaborative relationship.

my approach

I'm passionate about providing neurodiverse affirming therapy that honors your autonomy and the unique person you are. My approach takes into account the whole person and considers every aspect of your unique profile. Through a relationship-based and trauma-informed process I strive to create a safe space for you to work through your struggles, explore who you are, embrace your neurodivergence, and create a life you enjoy. Everyone's strengths and support needs are unique and I work to create an individualized approach that meets you where you are at. To do this I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches.

Approaches I may use in our sessions include:

  • DIRFloortime

  • Person-Centered and Humanistic

  • Strengths-based

  • Attachment-Based

  • Psychodynamic

“I feel happier just for being myself and letting others be themselves.”
